It offers more colours to provide solutions for challenges such as flesh tones, cosmetic colour ranges, crystal clarity, and demanding colours like orange. Hi-Fidelity Colour enhances the image impact by 50-100%.
The technology allows colour calibration in every, and any, area of an image, and thus is more flexible than normal Pantone printing, which is confined to solid plain grounds. By using Interactive Colour Independent Separation Software (ICISS) for Hi-Fidelity Colour, our clients may sometimes find that fewer colours are required - and therefore achieve cost savings.
6-Colour Printing
The advantages of Hi-Fidelity Colour and CTP is further maximised by 6-Colour printing. This cuts out the disadvantages of 4-Colour printing : the deviation of colour and composition, instability of materials, wastage and production time. 6-Colour printing enhances special colour systems such as Pantone Hexachrome, and can achieve over 50% from CMYK.
